2 C. white sugar
4 T. butter
3/4 C. heavy cream
1 tsp. Brandy
4 bannanas
4 papayas
4 mangos
4 scoops vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Spread 2 cups sugar in a medium sized sauce pan leaving the center of the pan lightly coated over med-high to high heat. Stiring constantly until the sugar turns light carmel brown and frothy. Add brandy and cream. Remove from heat and add all the sliced fruit except the banannas Sprinkle banannas with sugar and use torch to carmalize the sugar on the banannas and serve . Place ice cream in a bowl and cover with carmalized fruit and serve with banannas.
