1 head – lettuce, torn in pieces
1 head – cauliflower, torn or chopped
2 c. – salad dressing
1 medium – onion, chopped
1 lb. – bacon, cooked crisp & crumbled
1/3 c. – Parmesan, grated
½ c. – sugar (optional)

Directions:
Place in large bowl in order given. Cover tightly and store overnight in refrigerator. Toss just before serving.
