2 pkg. Rotini pasta
1 bunch of fresh asparagus
1 can artichoke (or 2 jars.) marinated artichokes, drained and chopped
1 can black olives, drained
1 carton grape tomatoes
1 bottle Greek Salad Dressing
Mayonnaise, to taste
Nature's Seasoning, to taste
Mozzarella, cut into small cubes

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Rinse in cold water. Cut asparagus into one inch sections. Blanch asparagus in boiling water for 2 minutes. Rinse in cold water. Drain pasta and asparagus well. In large bowl, mix pasta, asparagus, chopped artichokes, black olives, cheese cubes, and grape tomatoes. Add the Greek Dressing and mix well. Add enough mayonnaise to moisten well and sprinkle with Nature's Seasoning, to taste.

This recipe makes a large bowl of pasta salad and will feed a crowd, so half the recipe if you want to feed a smaller group.
