1 pkg. Mozzarella, shredded
1 (2 oz.) pkg. Skinner's large seashell pasta
1 bottle Mushrooms, drained
1 bottle Classico Tomato with Basil spaghetti sauce
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
¼ c. chopped Kalamato olives
1 heaping Tbsp. capers (or more)
2 Tbsp. olive oil
McCormick grinders (garlic, sea salt, and Italian herb) to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook and drain pasta. Brown ground beef. Mix all ingredients together gently. Place in large casserole dish. Top with cheese. Bake in 350º oven for 15-20 minutes until cheese turns golden.

Bonnie made this casserole for mother and me when she came to visit. We all loved it!

If you need to heat more then 15-20 minutes, add the cheese after casserole heats and heat until cheese melts.
