12 oz cooked Orzo
Grape tomatoes
Kalamata Olives
Feta Cheese
Fresh garlic minced
Fresh spinach
Red bell pepper diced
Kosher salt
Hard salami cut into cubes
Your favorite Mediterranean Vinaigrette dressing

Directions:

Cook orzo as directed
Chop salami in cubes
Dice red bell pepper
Mince fresh garlic

Add everything to a bowl add dressing and salt and pepper to taste
