2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
1 mushroom can of milk (more or less)
3 Tbsp. butter
6 Green onions, chopped
¼ tsp. minced garlic
1 can chopped mushrooms
Olive oil, to taste
Spaghetti, cooked as per package direction

Mix all ingredients and heat (use less milk if you want the sauce thicker). Pour over spaghetti.

Cooked, diced chicken can be added, if desired.

When we were young, the Cherokee Country Club hired a manager who was Italian. He brought a lot of his Italian recipes and served them in the restaurant. Spaghetti Collins was one of our favorites. He did not give his recipes out; but Bonnie tried to duplicate it, and this is what she came up with.
