¼ cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 cups white chocolate chips

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Place the saltines in a single layer on the covered baking sheet.

In a small bowl mix the sugar and cinnamon until evenly combined.

Caramel

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a small saucepan melt the butter and brown sugar over medium heat. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it boil for 3 minutes, or until it reaches a deep caramel color.

Immediately pour the mixture over the saltine crackers. Use a spatula to spread it evenly over the crackers.

Bake the caramel covered crackers in the preferred oven for 5-6 minutes, or until the caramel is bubbly.

Remove the baking sheet and add white chocolate chips. Once melted spread evenly with a rubber spatula. (If chips aren’t melted you can place them back in the oven for about a minute.

While the white chocolate is still wet, sprinkle the cinnamon sugar on top.

Allow the toffee to cool completely- you can place in refrigerator for about 10 minutes to help the white chocolate set.

Break the toffee into pieces to serve.
