4 cod fillets
½ cup all-purpose flour
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
4 Tbsp butter
Juice of 1 lemon
Fresh parsley, chopped

Preheat the oven to 400°.
Season the cod fillets with salt & pepper.
Dredge each fillet in flour, then dip in beaten eggs & coat with breadcrumbs.
In large skillet, melt butter over med heat. Add cod fillets; cook for 3-4 min per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
Transfer cod fillets to a baking dish. Drizzle with lemon juice.
Bake for 10-12 min until the cod is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy your Golden Crisp Cod Fillets Drizzled in Luscious Lemon Butter!
