6 Chicken Breasts
1 Envelop Ranch Dressing Mix
1 cup Flour **use oat or almond flour for gluten free **
1 Quart Canoa Oil
DRESSING:
3 tbs Brown sugar
½ cup Hot Sauce
½ cup Brown
2 tbs Red Cider Vinegar
½ tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Pepper flakes

Directions:

Rinse chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces. Place ranch dressing mix and flour in a gallon zip loc bag, add chicken and shake until the pieces of chicken are coated. Refrigerate for a day. Fry chicken in a deep fryer until brown around the edges. Transfer chicken to a bowl lined with paper towels. SAUCE: In a glass bowl melt butter in the microwave. Add brown sugar and mix to combine. Whisk briskly in the other ingredients and mix well to combine. Drizzle the sauce over the chicken. Move to the refrigerator overnight. Reheat in the microwave on high (100%) until heated through. Serve with additional dipping sauce. Serve with either noodles or rice
