3 ¾-1 lb. pork tenderloins
½ c. honey
½ c. soy sauce
½ c. dry sherry
¼ c. rice wine vinegar
¼ c. oil
2 T. orange juice
1½ T. fresh rosemary
1 T. minced shallots
1 tsp. fresh minced ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Remove all fat and silver skin from tenderloin.

Place in shallow baking dish.

Combine soy sauce, sherry, honey, vinegar, oil and orange juice and whisk.

Stir in rosemary, shallots, and ginger.

Pour over meat and cover with plastic wrap.

Marinate at room temperature for 2 hours.

Grill turning often (18min or 155º)

Place marinate in sauce pan and simmer for 10 minutes.
