⅓ Cup sugar
¼ Cup white sugar
1 small onion, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 Tbsp paprika
½-1 tsp salt
½ Cup vegetable oil

Combine all ingredients except oil, and slowly blend or whisk in the oil until thickened.
