Shortbread Base:
2 cups flour
1 cup butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Lemon Curd:
4 Eggs
2 cups sugar
6 TBS Lemon Juice
4 TBS Flour

Directions:

Shortbread base:
1. Mix flour, butter, powdered sugar.
2. Lightly butter a 9x13 bake pan
3. Evenly spread shortbread mix in pan. Mix will be kind of dry so you will have to form with your fingers. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Curd
1. Beat 4 eggs and add sugar, lemon juice, and flour.
2 Spread on top of pre baked shortbread and bake at 350 for 25 minutes
3. When done sprinkle with powdered sugar

Standard recipe called for 9x13 pan. We mistakenly used a 10x14 and the bars were much thinner, however they were really good being thin like that. Give it. Try!
