15oz Salmon, cooked
3 T. Butter
2 T. Flour
½ tsp. Dry Mustard
1 can Evaporated Milk
1 pkg. mixed Vegetables, frozen, partially cooked
3 c. Noodles, cooked
1½ c. Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 2 quart baking dish.
In a small bowl, flake the salmon and set aside.
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter. Stir in flour and dry mustard. Gradually stir in evaporated milk. Cook and stir over medium heat until slightly thickened. Stir in vegetables, noodles and half the cheese. Gently fold in the salmon. Pour into the prepared baking dish and cover with foil. Bake 25 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese , bake another 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.
