½ c. Panko
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Salt
1½ T. Sour Cream
Cooking Oil
2 5oz. Pork Chops
Creamy mustard Sauce

Directions:
Directions:

Place panko, garlic powder and salt in a ziplock bag.
Rinse the pork and pat dry with paper towels. Place the sour cream in a medium bowl, add the pork and turn to coat. Place the coated pork chops in the bag with the panko. Shake well until evenly coated.
In a large heavy skillet, pour about ¼ inch of oil, tilt to coat the pan over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, add the pork. Cook until the panko is golden brown and the pork is cooked through, 3-5 minutes per side. Serve with creamy Mustard Sauce.
