1 bag 5 lbs. white potato
1½ packages of cream cheese
1 16 oz. sour cream
1 stick of butter
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and boil the potato in salted water until tender. Drain the water off and add the cream cheese, sour cream and butter. Mix with beater until smooth and add salt and pepper to taste. The potato will be thick and creamy from the cream cheese mixture.

Spread the potato mixture into a pan or glass dish. Top with more butter and Italian bread crumbs and bake on 300 deg. for 30-45 minutes.
