2 cups pepitas (baby pumpkin seeds)
1 cup slivered almonds
¾ cup raw sunflower seeds
6 tablespoons pure maple syrup
Coarse salt
1 cup dried cherries or cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300º F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl toss pepitas, almonds and sunflower seeds with maple syrup.
3. Spread onto baking sheets and sprinkle with salt to taste.
4. Bake until golden, about 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
5. Cool completely on the pan and then add the dried fruit. Store in an airtight container.
