For the Cake:
3 c. flour
¼ tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
½ c. milk
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
½ c. salted butter, melted

For the Cinnamon Swirl:
1 ¼ c. salted butter, softened
1 c. brown sugar
2 T. flour
2 T. cinnamon

For the Glaze:
2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1 – Preheat the oven to 350. Grease a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray.

2 – In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and baking powder.

3 – In another bowl, mix together the milk, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.

4 – Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.

5 – Once mixed, slowly pour in the melted butter.

6 – Pour into the prepared 9x13 pan.

7 – For the topping, mix all the ingredients together until well combined. The mixture will be thick.

8 – Drop by spoonfuls evenly over the top of the batter. Swirl with a knife.

9 – Bake for 30 – 40 minutes.

10 – In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, cream, and vanilla until smooth.

11 – Drizzle the glaze over the warm cake. Dust the cake with extra cinnamon if you’d like.

12 – Serve the cake warm.
