1cup sugar
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup coconut
2 cups cream--whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, gelatin, and salt. Add the milk and stir over med heat until dissolved. Chill until partly set. Fold in the vanilla , coconut and whipped cream. Place into a med sized mold. Topping: 2 pkg frozen raspberries, thawed. Add sugar to taste. Drain the raspberries. Thicken the liquid with 3 tsp of cornstarch, then add the raspberries.
