1 c. Ketchup
1 c. Sweet Baby Rays Hickory & Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce
2 lbs. Lean ground beef
30 Ritz crackers
2 oz. Lipton onion soup mix
2 eggs
3 c. Macaroni noodles
2 c. Milk
10.5 oz. Condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
1 tbsp. Garlic powder
1 tbsp. Onion powder
4 c. Shredded mozzarella & cheddar cheese blend

Preheat oven to 350º. Combine ketchup and BBQ sauce in a bowl, set aside. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, crushed ritz crackers, onion soup mix, eggs, and 1/2 cup of the ketchup mixture. Press the meatloaf mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and spread remaining ketchup sauce on top. Bake 30 minutes. While the meatloaf bakes, cook macaroni noodles and prepare cheese sauce with milk, cheddar cheese soup, spices, and 2 cups of shredded cheese. Pour macaroni mixture over baked meatloaf, sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese and bake an additional 17-20 minutes. Let the casserole rest before serving.
