1 lb. medium shrimp,, thawed, peeled, deveined, and cooked
8 oz. cream cheese,, softened
½ c. sour cream
¼ c. mayonnaise
¾ c. shredded mozzarella
¼ c. grated parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp minced garlic
½ tsp. Old Bay
juice from one lemon
Salt & pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 350˚F and lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish. 8×8 works great.
Cook the shrimp; let cool for a bit and coarsely chop.
In a large bowl, stir together the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic, Old Bay, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and the chopped shrimp. Mix and stir until thoroughly incorporated.
Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and bake for 25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Remove from oven and garnish with remaining parsley.
Serve hot or warm with veggies, pita chips, crackers, etc.
