1 box Rotini pasta (16 oz)
⅓ cup dill pickle juice
2 cups chopped baby dill pickles
8 oz shredded cheese
1 small white onion finely chopped

Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
⅓ cup pickle juice
2 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
¼ tsp salt & pepper (each)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain pasta. Rinse with cold water and add the pickle juice to the pasta. Let it sit to marinate. Drain juice off when the pasta has taken on the pickle flavor.

Add chopped pickles, cheese and onion to the drained pasta.

Pour the dressing over the top and refrigerate for 1-2 hours prior to serving.
