2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained well
2 T minced onion (put in little boiling water to constitute)
1 T + 1 tsp Creole seasoning
½ C pecans, finely crushed
1 C coarsely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
With hands, mix cheese, pineapple, onion, Creole seasoning and ½ cup pecans. Shape into ball; wrap in Saran Wrap. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Roll into chopped pecans. Large ball double ingredients, use 5 packages cream cheese.
