Chicken and Marinade
5 chicken breasts cut into one inch pieces
3 tbsp corn starch
3 garlic cloves minced
2 tbsp ginger, grated or minced
1 cup Kikoman Soy Sauce

Sauce
1 1/4 cup chicken broth
1 1/4 cup sherry
4 tsp sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch

Stir Fry Ingredients
12 ounces slivered or sliced almonds
8 ounces snow peas
10 ounces bamboo shoots

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the soy sauce and cornstarch until dissolved.
2. Mix in the garlic and ginger.
3. Add the chicken breast cubes to the bowl, mix and marinate 15 - 20 minutes.
4. Combine the cornstarch, chicken broth, sherry, and sugar in a bowl. Set aside.
5. Heat a large frying pan or wok on medium heat, add the almonds.
6. Stir the almonds until fragrant and golden brown, about 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
7. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the same wok or pan.
8. Add the water bamboo shoots and snow peas, stir fry for 30 seconds. Remove and set aside.
9. Heat the wok again with 2 tablespoons of oil, fry the marinated chicken until white and firm, about 2 minutes.
10. Add toasted almonds, vegetables, and sauce and toss to coat.
11. Keep stirring until the sauce becomes clear and thickens.
Serve over rice or just by itself.
