1 chocolate or white cake mix
1 ¾ c. milk
3 eggs
1 package vanilla instant pudding
¾ c. oil

ICING:
1 c. whipping Cream,
1 tbsp. icing Sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 8oz. package cream cheese
½ c. white sugar
1 c. icing sugar

Directions:
Beat together cake mix, milk, eggs, instant pudding, and oil for 4 minutes. Bake 350ºF for 30 minutes in 9X12 pan

ICING:
beat together whipping cream and icing sugar until thick then add vanilla cream cheese, white sugar, and icing sugar, when well mixed add whipped cream. Spread on cooled cake. Top with chopped skor bits or pecans, and coconut.
