1/2 cup flour.
1 1/2 lb. veal (pounded thin with a mallet).
1 1/s sticks of butter (melted).
3/4 cups Marsala wine.
2 oz. Grand Marnier.
1 lb. mushrooms (cleaned, sliced, and sauteed).
juice of 1/2 lemon.
1/4 tsp white pepper.

1. Flour veal on both sides.

2. heat butter in large frying pan (being careful not to burn butter).

3. Shake excess flour and sauté veal on both sides, lightly, over medium to low heat.

4.Add Grand Marnier, stir and ignite to burn off alcohol.

5. When flame dies, cook sauce until condensed by half.

6. Add veal to pan, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

7. Add sautéed mushroom, lemon juice and pepper.

To sauté mushrooms, clean and slice them and sauté them in 1/4 lb. butter. Add 2 oz. sweet sherry and cook over low flame for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
