- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh spinach
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 8 large flour tortillas

1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped fresh spinach, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
2. Spread the cheese and spinach mixture evenly over each flour tortilla.
3. Roll up the tortillas tightly and wrap them individually in plastic wrap.
4. Refrigerate the rolled-up tortillas for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
5. Remove the plastic wrap from the chilled tortilla rolls and slice them into 1-inch thick rounds.
6. Serve the Cheesy Spinach Roll-Ups chilled or at room temperature.
