1 Egg
3 T. Mayonnaise
4 tsp. Lemon Juice
⅛ tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
½ tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
½ tsp. Dijon Mustard
¼ tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 T. Green Onion, chopped
8 Ritz Crackers, crushed
8 oz. Crab Meat
½ c. Breadcrumbs
2-3 T. Butter

Remoulade Sauce:
1 c. Mayonnaise
¼ c. Chili Sauce
2 T. Dijon Mustard
2 T. Olive Oil
1 T. Hot Sauce
2 T. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
4T. Green Onions, chopped
2 T. Parsley, chopped
2 T. Celery, minced
1 Garlic Clove, minced
½ tsp. Chili Powder
½ tsp. Salt and Pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the first 9 ingredients. Gently stir in the crab meat and crackers.
Cover an refrigerate for 1 hour.
Divide mixture in 4. Form into a patty and roll in the breadcrumbs.
Melt the butter in a skillet and fry over medium heat 4-5 minutes on each side.
Serve with Remoulade Sauce.

Remoulade Sauce:
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
