6 eggs
3 T mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. vinegar
dash white pepper
dash tabasco sauce
dash monosodium glutamate
dash paprika
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange eggs in a medium saucepan. Add cold water to cover 1" above eggs. Bring to boil. Cover; remove from heat. Allow to stand 20 min. Plunge eggs into cold water immediately; crack and remove shells. Cut cooled eggs in half lengthwise. Carefully remove yolks into small mixing bowl. Mash yolks with remaining ingredients; season to taste. Pile mixture back into egg halves. Sprinkle with paprika.
