SAUCE
2T water
1T cornstarch
stir until well combined
stir in 1/4 cup ketchup, 3 T honey, 3 T soy sauce, 1 T chili garlic sauce or fav hot sauce
add 4 cloves garlic

Cut chicken into bite size pieces and cook in 2T oil. season with salt and pepper. add sauce and bring to a boil and than simmer for 5 mins
