Dry Rub
2T brown sugar
1Tchili powder
salt
1tsp smoked paprika
pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder

PULLED PORK
4 lb boneless pork shoulder or pork butt
2T olive oil
1 cup root beer
1 onion

Directions:
Directions:
mix ingredients and put dry rub on for 24 hrs
oven 300
broil on both sides for 3-4 minutes
place browned roast in pot cover and cook for 1 1/2 hr
remove lid and add rest of root beer cover 30-90 minutes until pork shreds easy
allow to sit for 20 min
add barbeque sauce and serve
