Ingredients:  
1 ½ cups fine zwieback crumbs
2 tbl butter or margarine
2 tbls sugar

2- 8oz pkgs cream cheese
1 cup sugar
5 egg yolks
2 ½ pints sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tsp lemon juice
5 egg whites beaten stiff
Whole strawberries
Currant jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Blend crumbs with butter and 2 tsp sugar, press into bottom of 9” spring form pan
Stir cheese to soften add sugar and cream well
Add unbeaten egg yolks, stir just enough to blend stir in sour cream
Add vanilla and lemon juice
Fold in egg whites
Pour mixture into crumb lined pan

Bake in slow oven 300° for 1 hour more with door closed
Turn off oven and let it remain in oven for 1 hour more with door closed
Then ½ hour more with door open
Refrigerate over night
Soften jelly in hot water spoon over cake add strawberries
