1/2 c butter
3/4 c peanut butter
1/3 c sugar
1/3 c light brown sugar - firmly packed
1 egg
2 T milk
1 T vanilla
1 1/2 c flour
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
48 Hershey Kisses - unwrapped
Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter and peanut butter until well blended. Add sugars and beat until fluffy. Add egg, milk, and vanilla - beat well. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt; gradually beat into peanut butter mixture.
Shape dough into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375º for about 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Immediately press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookies[cookies will crack around edges]. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool.
