1 tablespoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 pinch ground dry mustard
1 pinch ground mace (may use small pinch of nutmeg)
1 pinch ground cinnamon
1 pinch ground cardamom
1 pinch ground allspice
1 pinch ground cloves
1 pinch ground ginger

  1. Stir together all the ingredients in a small bowl. Transfer to a container that has a tight fitting lid.

  2. Set aside in a cool, dark place and use within a couple of months.

Sprinkle on sweet corn. Fries. In gumbo. Baked potatoes. Egg salad. Fish. Popcorn. With mayo to make a dip. Very versatile in many dishes.
