1/2 pound sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup onion, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon curry powder
3 cups chicken broth
1 15-ounce can pumpkin
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:

  1. Saute mushrooms and onions in butter.

  2. Add flour and curry powder and cook for 2 minutes.

  3. Add chicken broth and stir.

  4. Add pumpkin and honey and heat for 15 minutes.

  5. Remove from heat and add cream.
