1 pound ground beef
1 diced onion
1 can mild chili beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can V-8
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3 shakes Pampered Chef Southwest Seasonings (or taco seasoning)
(I add a little water to get the consistency I want)

  1. Brown hamburger and add remaining ingredients.

  2. Add onion.

  3. Add remaining ingredients, stir and simmer 1-3 hours or longer.
