Pack of boneless chicken thighs
1 tbsp. seasoned salt or Creole seasoning
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. onion powder
2 tsp. black pepper
1 ½ tsp. paprika
1 whole onion (yellow or white)
1 bell pepper (color of your choice)
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Clean your chicken thoroughly and place into a bowl. Add the seasonings to chicken along with canola oil. Mix everything well and place to the side.

Slice your onion and bell pepper and set aside for later.

Grab your frying pan and turn your eye to medium or medium-high heat. Add about 1½ tbsp. canola oil to frying pan.

Once your oil is hot, add the chicken into the pan. Do not crowd the pan. Cook the chicken for about 5 minutes per side. Take the chicken out and continue to sear off the other pieces. Place the cooked chicken on a plate and cover with foil.

When all the chicken is cooked, add 1 tbsp. of oil into the pan and add your onion and bell pepper. Sautee the vegetables until they are soft.

After the vegetables are cooked, it can be served.

1. You can make a chicken sandwich by adding a slice of pepper jack cheese and putting the sauteed vegetables on top.

2. You can make smothered chicken just adding cream of chicken and placing into the oven. Bake until it comes together smoothly.
