1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 cup tomato juice
3/4 cup Quaker Oats
1 egg
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350ºF.

  2. Combine all ingredients; mix lightly but thoroughly.

  3. Press into 8 x 4 inch loaf pan; bake 1 hour or until meat is no longer pink and juices run clear.

  4. Drain; let stand 5 minutes before serving.
