1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1-16oz can diced tomatoes
1-8oz can tomato sauce
1 pkg taco seasoning
12 corn tortillas
Shredded cheddar cheese (measure with your heart)

Creamy French Dressing

2 cups salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 ketchup
Scant 1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup pickle juice
Mix Well

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onion in skillet. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and seasoning mix. Simmer 10-15 minutes.
In a greased 9x13 pan lay 2 tortillas side by side in bottom of pan to make 2 stacks. Place 1/4 cup meat mixture on each tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese. Place another tortilla on top of each stack. Continue to layer tortilla, meat mixture and cheese until there is a stack of 6 tortillas on each. End with cheese on top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350*
To serve cut into wedges and sprinkle with shredded lettuce and top with Creamy French Dressing.
