1 lb. hamburger
2 large onions
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1 lb. package frozen tater tots.
Directions:
Directions:
Mix hamburger with chopped onion; salt and pepper to taste. Line bottom of 8 x 8 inch pan with raw mixture; do not pack. Cover hamburger with tater tots. Mix soup and milk; pour over all. Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes until brown.
