4 cups chicken, cooked, cooled and diced
2 cups chopped celery
4 eggs hard boiled, diced
1 tsp minced onion
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3/4 cup mayonaisse
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups potato chips, crushed
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2/3 cup chopped peanuts
1 can water chestnuts, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all but last three ingredients. Place in greased 9x13 pan Top with chips, cheese and nuts. Let stand in the refrigerator overnight. Bake at 400º for 25 minutes.
