1 1/2 tubes biscuits, cut each into 4 pieces
1 pound sausage, cooked and drained
6 large eggs
2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
salt/pepper
3 packages Country Gravy mix

Directions:
Directions:
Put cut biscuits in the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan. Crumble cooked sausage over biscuits. Spread cheese on sausage. Combine eggs and milk and mix well. Pour over the top and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix Country Gravy according to directions. Pour over the top. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. The next morning, bake at 350º for 1 hour or until bubbly and cooked through, leaving foil on for first 30 minutes. If you bake immediately instead of refrigerating, bake for 30-45 minutes.
