1 1/2 bags Brownberry Herb Seasoning Stuffing (14 ounce bags)
1 box Uncle Bens Long Grain and Wild Rice
2 eggs
1 onion, large chopped well
1 bunch celery
8 ounce can water chestnuts, sliced
1/2 tsp pepper
2 each 14 ounce cans chicken broth
1 stick butter
1 garlic clove, chopped well
16 ounces Jimmy Dean Sage Pork Sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to the directions. Soak stuffing in the chicken broth. Brown sausage, do not drain. Melt butter and add the onion and garlic. When cooked, add the sausage. Chop celery and add to the meat mixture. Slightly chop the water chestnuts and add to the meat mixture. Add the pepper, then the eggs and then the cooked rice. Mix well. Add stuffing and gently fold. Bake 350º for 45-60 minutes.
