1 bunch green onions
1 cup Creole trinity
1 stick of butter
1 can cream of celery
1 can cream of shrimp
Pint half and half
Pint of heavy cream
Crab boil liquid to taste
1 can of cream corn
1 can niblet corn
1-2 # crawfish, crab and shrimp
Cajun seasoning to taste
Garlic ( always garlic )

Add everything together bring to boil, once seafood is done enjoy ! I sprinkle w Parmesan cheese and fresh green onions before serving !
