6 ounces egg noodles
1 onion, medium finely chopped
1 3/4 cups chicken broth
10 ounces sliced mushrooms
10 ounces tuna, canned
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
1 cup peas, frozen
4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles. Melt butter in a pan and cook the onions in it. Add the flour and a pinch of salt. Whisk 2-3 minutes. Whisk in the broth and add milk. Brink to a boil. Add mushrooms, peans, salt and pepper, and tuna. Remove from heat. Add the cheese, mixing until melted. Add the noodles. Put in a 9x13 pan. Top with parmesan and breadcrumbs. Bake at 375º for 25 minutes.
