2 lbs beef soup bones (I use short ribs and add stew meat)
water
12 carrots chopped
6 potatoes cubed
1 head of cabbage finely chopped
3 onions minced
1 1/2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
10 whole allspice berries/
1 bay leaf
1/2 star anise
1 tsp salt
1 pinch pepper
1 1/2 cups tomatoes chopped
1/2 cup heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown meat in a roaster or a pan.
2. Cover meat in water. Boil in a pot for one hour.
3. Add all other ingredients, except for potatoes and cream.
4. After boiling for 1 1/2 hours, add potatoes. When they are done, the soup is done.
5. Add heavy cream.
