1/4 c. butter, melted
2 T. fresh basil, chopped
2 T. balsamic vinegar
4 t. garlic, minced
4 large portabella mushroom caps
4 slices sweet onion
4 whole-wheat hamburger buns, split
4 slices Muenster cheese
Garnish: romaine lettuce, tomato slices

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, basil, vinegar and garlic in a small bowl. Brush butter
mixture lightly over mushroom caps and onion slices. Grill mushrooms and
onion over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes per side, turning once and
brushing with remaining butter mixture. Brush any remaining butter
mixture over cut sides of buns. Toast buns cut-side down on the grill for
one to 2 minutes. Place each mushroom cap in a bun; top with a cheese
slice, lettuce and tomato.
