1.5 cup regular couscous
1tbsp olive oil
1 3/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth
1/2 cup tumeric
1/2 cup raisins
1 small red bell pepper, diced
1 small red onion, diced
1 can sliced block olives
1 can chick peas
1 small carrot, shredded
1/2 cup toasted, slivered almonds
Dressing:
3/4 tbsp olive oil
1 lime, juiced and zested
1 orange, juiced and zested
1 tsp sugar
1 bunch fresh cilantro
1 bunch fresh mint
spices:
salt and pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp fennel
1/2 tsp cinnamon
chili flakes to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bring broth, tumeric and olive oil to a boil and add to couscous. Cover tightly and let sit 5-7 minutes. Add raisins and fluff with a fork.
2. Mix 3-4 tbsp olive oil, lime and orange juice and zest and sugar and set aside.
3. Add all the rest of the ingredients together, except the almonds. Mix the in the dressing and adjust the seasoning.
4. Garnish with the almonds on top.
