1.5 cup graham crumbs
8 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp sugar
Filling:
1 small box (85g) orange Jello
2/3 cup boiling water
900g soft cream cheese
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 orange, zested
2 cups 35% whipped cream
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix graham crumb, melted butter, and sugar together and press into the cake pan, very firmly and tightly. Put in freezer to set for one half hour minimum.
2. Add Jello to boiling water and set aside to cool for a minimum 5 minutes.
3. Whip the cream cheese and powdered sugar.
4. Slowly add the Jello liquid to the cream cheese and mix well.
5. Fold in whipped cream and orange zest and put in forms.
6. Let it sit in the fridge overnight to set. Then cut and serve.
