Ingredients:  
2 green peppers (chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
2 pounds ground beef
2 pounds canned tomato sauce
2 6 oz. tomato paste
1/2 - 1 cup water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
oregano and garlic powder to taste
1 pound mostaccioli noodles (cooked)
1 pound mozzarella cheese (grated)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute green peppers and onion until soft.

Add ground beef and cook until brown.

Stir in tomato sauce, paste and water.

Add seasonings.

Simmer 1/2 hour.

In casserole arrange 1/2 noodles, 1/2 meat mixture and 1/2 cheese. Repeat layers.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
