1 package chocolate fudge cake mix
1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
1 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup butter
1 egg

Filling:
1 can chocolate fudge frosting
8 ounces cream cheese
2 eggs

Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees

Grease 13 by 9 inch pan

In large bowl combine base ingredients, mix well until crumbly

Reserve 2 cups for top; press remainder into prepared pan

In large bowl blend all filling ingredients, beat at highest speed until smooth and creamy

Pour over crust, sprinkle reserved crumbs over filling. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until firm when pan is lightly shaken.

Refrigerate overnight.
